Karate - Shotokan Style, Ages 4 - Adult

Shotokan Karate-Do (SKIF System) is a traditional Japanese martial art that includes kihon (basics), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring). The study of karate is an inner search for growth and self-discipline, which encompasses many ideals. All instruction and certification are authentic and directly affiliated with SKIF Japan, one of the largest and finest karate organizations in the world.

*A white karate uniform is required for class and can be ordered through the instructor.
