We are proud to provide you with our new activity registration system and website. To get started please Create an Account with all your household information. The data provided - emergency contacts, medical information, etc. - will help us better serve you. This info will also be automatically placed into your registration forms.
PLEASE NOTE: Users who have not registered for any programs since prior to April 2025 are required to create a new account.

Document Upload Requirement – Licensed Camps
A current physical (dated within 18 months of the last day of camp) and up-to-date immunization record are required for all licensed camps, including Greenwood Day Camp and Sports Camps, per Board of Health regulations.
To upload:
*Create and save your child’s member record.
*Scroll to the bottom right of the Member Account page.
*Select “Add New Member Document.”
*Choose “Physical and Immunization Records.”
Important: Only one file can be uploaded to each document type.
If your physical and immunization records are saved as separate files, either:
*Combine them into one file and upload under “Physical and Immunization Records,” or
*Upload one file there and the second under “Additional Documents.”
