Park Rules & Usage


Longmeadow Parks are open from dawn to dusk. Individuals may use athletic fields when not otherwise in use for permitted events, such as organized leagues or practice.

Athletic fields within public parks are available for use by groups only if a permit is obtained from the Parks and Recreation Department. 

The Longmeadow Parks and Recreation Department is unable to answer field availability inquiries for individual use, as we are not responsible for scheduling within each permit-holding organized league.

Park Rule infractions should be reported to the Longmeadow Police Department by calling (413) 567-3311.

Park Rules are established by the Longmeadow Park & Recreation Commission.
