Art-ventures- Artists PassportKids take an around the world cultural adventure. They explore far off places and learn about the people who live there, from the Americas to Polynesia, from the city to the countryside. They experiment with Crayola products, while trying art techniques developed by local artists and artisans. They make different masterpieces each week such as drums, masks, canvases, prints, buses and more. Art-ventures- Wild World: The art of ConservationKids learn about a famous conservationist in each class and how they are working to save the animals. Kids will explore the wonder and beauty if the animal kingdom, and discover nature in a way that inspires empathy, curiosity, and creativity. They learn about many different animals and how wildlife conservationists are working to protect species around the world. They experiment with a variety of art techniques and use Crayola art materials to create frog paintings, ink diffusion jellyfish, polar bear sculptures, and more!Art-ventures- Magical Art Mystery TourAbracadabra, Hocus Pocus, it's magic and mystery with art as the focus! Art mystery tour draws children into a world of wonder, revealing unbelievable art tricks and inspiring out-of-the-box creativity. Experiment with new and mysterious mediums and discover surprising techniques to transform familiar materials into magical masterpieces. Sculpt clay lizards and build lizard playgrounds out of sticky magic "nuudles". Create colorful ceramic piggy banks, whimsical Model Magic owls and scratch a work of art inspired by the artist, Miro. Wave ands over T-shirts to form magical designs using fabric printing inks and stir a few unexpected items into a "fluffy goop" potion. Discover the secret ingredient that turns pencils into paints, black lines into circus elephants, and torn paper into painted landscapes. And so much more! The results are totally "WOW". We'll guide children to build their skills, their creativity, and their sense of wonder. Mad Science- Crazy ChemworksIn this program, children make gooey slime, experiment with different reactions and learn to use the tools that chemists use. Polymers and catalysts are only two of the fascinating concepts young scientists explore in this thrilling trip through the chemistry lab! At the end of every class, they take home an educational toy that extends the learning experience.Mad Science- Funtastic ForcesIn this program, kids explore a variety of introductory topics in engineering, physics, and chemistry as they learn how science can be applied to everyday life. They learn about concepts like bridge construction, the forces if flight, how air pressure can be used to move things, and more!
