Man lifts weights
Under the supervision of the Longmeadow High School Football Coaches, students entering grades 7 - 12 have the opportunity to use the weightlifting equipment at the High School during the summer vacation. Staff members will be available to oversee the program and provide assistance to the participants. No refunds for any reason. All proceeds benefit the Longmeadow Gridiron Club.

The weight room will be open Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30am beginning June 23rd through August 8th, with the exception of Friday, July 4th.
