LHS Summer Weight Room - 2025 LHS Weight Room Under the supervision of the Longmeadow High School Football Coaches, students entering grades 7 - 12 have the opportunity to use the weightlifting equipment at the High School during the summer vacation. Staff members will be available to oversee the program and provide assistance to the participants. No refunds for any reason. All proceeds benefit the Longmeadow Gridiron Club.The weight room will be open Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30am beginning June 23rd through August 8th, with the exception of Friday, July 4th.

Tim Allen of Hoop Mindset and LHS Basketball Coach and a selection of high school players, will work with participants on individual skills while also leading many competitive games and contests. Players will participate in scrimmages as well. It's a chance for young hoopers to improve their game, work hard, and have fun! Depending on skill level, 6th graders may enroll for either the AM or PM session. Bring a full water bottle and peanut/tree nut free snack daily.

Skyhawks Track and Field Camp, Ages 7-12 - Skyhawks Track & Field Camp - LICENSED The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool down techniques are taught. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump, and various running and relay events.
