Aqua Zumba for Adults - Aqua Zumba for Adults Wednesdays at Reynolds Pool Aqua Zumba blends the fun, high-energy rhythms of Zumba with the resistance of water for a workout that feels more like a pool party than exercise. The water supports your body, making it gentle on joints and great for those with knee, hip, or back pain while still providing a great workout for all fitness levels. No dance or swim experience needed- just great music, great moves, and great fun.Instructor information:Your instructor, Angela, discovered Zumba 15 years ago and never looked back- because it never felt like exercise. It was just fun. Now a certified Instructor for 7 years, she brings that same joy to every class. Her classes focus on creating a welcoming, judgement-free space where everyone can move at their own pace, enjoy the music, and leave feeling energized.
